Customer Timetable Print E-mail
Beispiel: TabellenfahrplanCustomer Timetables are traditionally used by railways to provide customers with information on train arrivals and departures. These timetables appear in timetable books and are frequently found hanging in stations and at stops. While customer timetables are simple and clear representations of a timetable, they are not easily understandable for everyone. However, timetable comprehension can be significantly improved through the use of good design, graphics, typography and color.

The customer timetable will also serve an important communication function between operators and infrastructure managers as the separation between train operators and infrastructure managers called for under European rail reform takes effect. Customer Timetables will form a clear legal description of the service in terms of product type, coverage, frequency and/or station calling pattern policy.

The functional requirements for a Customer Timetable vary depending on how it will be used. Viriato provides flexible filter possibilities and layout settings that permit users to easily display the desired information. Finally, Viriato provides an interface that allows Customer Timetable data to be analyzed and/or displayed using MS Excel.
